Youth and Political Participation

Youth and political participation (YPP) is a one-year project that aims at equipping 150 Togolese youths from diverse backgrounds and different genders with electoral know-how and citizen political participation basics. The main objectives are to strengthen the political training of local young leaders on the one hand and to contribute to their emergence in electoral processes on the other. This nationwide project will reach an indirect audience of

3 000 000 and, upon its completion, we will publish a booklet in easy French with translated versions in Ewe and Kabye, the two major languages of Togo to serve as a quick reference for all young Togolese willing to get insight in politics, elections and citizen participation.
